Mr. Chamath Abeygunawardana won the 1st place for Sri Lanka out of 17 Participant Countries in 7th ASIA PACIFIC REGIONAL INNOVATIVE EDUCATION FORUM 2011 held in Phuket, Thailand (8th to 10th March 2011) , Thailand won 2nd and Australia 3rd places respectively. This is the 1st time a Sri Lankan Teacher honoured with 1st place.

Mr.Chamath will represent Asia-Pacific Region in World Innocative Education Forum, Washington - United States.
